Pros
Good pay if you are fresh out of college.
Cons
I don't even know where to begin. I wasn't going to write a review when I left because I didn't feel that it would do anything for anybody except myself, but then I noticed somebody obviously trying to boost Mobis's Glassdoor rating. I should have known when I started that this would be the most painful job I've ever had. On my first day after orientation, I was greeted by the man who was to become my manager who immediately told me, "I don't have time to train you, read the manuals." Now normally that wouldn't be a problem, I went to college so I know how to teach myself, but the manuals look like they've been run through Google Translate 20 times. If you couldn't understand the manuals, then you better just keep it quiet, because if you ask for help after your first week, you'll be screamed at in front of the entire office. At one point, my manager screamed at me that talking to me was like talking to a wall because he thought I was so stupid. I was constantly being timed when I stepped outside to smoke, even though people in my office that didn't even smoke would sit outside for upwards of an hour. I was told one time that it was unacceptable how much time I was spending outside because I sat out there for 16 minutes instead of my allotted 15 minutes. Once I was given a huge task that was suddenly changed in the middle of me doing it. The only problem was that I wasn't included on the email for the changes. I was called over to my manager and assistant manager's desks, shown the email, then screamed at about how I don't know what I'm doing and shouldn't even be working here, then when I pointed out that I wasn't on the email indicating changes, I was told that I should have known anyways. Even though these are incredibly specific stories, I have heard nothing but similar stories. I worked there for less than a year, but watched at least 5 people leave that had been there for only a few months longer than me. Do not work here unless you are masochistic. You will never be appreciated, they will make it clear that they don't trust you, and you will be miserable every day that you go in to work.
