Pros

Its a job. Some Koreans speak english well. New building. uniforms provided.

Cons

Management is clueless. Workers have potential to grow this company management wont listen. Takes 2 years just to make 13.50 an hour. Unexpected overtime. Its good if you like working 10 hours or more but if scheduled to leave at 12:45 & being told to stay until. Theirs no growth. If your a woman and likes to be harrassed for sex by management this spot has it. You dont know when your working till you arrive meaning you can show up and they cancel work or you show up and find out your off and not getting 40 hours... the list goes on just avoid.

Pros

The hybrid work schedule is one of the biggest benefits of this role, providing flexibility and a better work-life balance

Cons

The biggest challenge is the limited opportunity for career growth. The work is highly manual and repetitive, with most tasks focused on cleaning, organizing, and analyzing messy Excel data. There are limited opportunities to work with advanced analytics tools, automation, or projects that help employees develop new skills. Many processes feel outdated, and there is little investment in improving systems or providing tools that would help analysts work more efficiently. Management support could also be improved. When requesting time off or asking to work from home due to feeling sick, the response can sometimes make employees feel uncomfortable or guilty rather than supported. The compensation does not seem competitive compared to the workload and responsibilities. While the role requires a lot of time and attention to detail, the pay does not reflect the level of effort required. Overall, this position may be suitable for someone looking for stability and a hybrid schedule, but it may not be the right fit for someone looking for professional growth, challenging work, or opportunities to advance their analytical career.
