      Room to grow and advance if you put in the effort and time, DEI Focused, good benefits, great vacation structure, Free educational material provided, great company culture. This company does a lot for their employees. The upper management truly does care that their employees are heard and does regular surveys to see how they are doing and adjust where they need to.

      Cons

      The constant growth and change can be a bit challenging at times

      Great collaboration between the teams that I support. Engineering with a start up energy supported by a solid reputable company in TD Synnex.

      Cons

      As with any growing organization processes are being improved and streamlined so there are may opportunities to get frustrated, but I will take growing pains any day.
