Pros
* Year end Bonus if nice if you are high enough in the chain *lack of structure which allows you to the opportunity to create process and procedures (also a con) *Pay is decent for Salaried employees
Cons
*Hard to promote temps into perminant employees, and therefore hard to retain good talent. *Constant revolving door due to low pay for regular employees, supervisors have to deal with a constant of hiring and firing, *Very difficult to get promotions, pay raises for your subordinates. Leads to a lot of empty promises that get haulted by hiring freezes etc. *Annual increase does not keep up w/ inflation, making it hard to retain good employees. *No clear direction from upper management, to involved in spaces that don't need help and seperate themselves from areas that are struggling. *Constant politics and power struggles between departments.
