Pros
- "Unlimited" PTO where managers will only approve up to 10-15 days - Security measures higher than defense contractor companies to protect customer assets at cost of employee working conditions - High emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion - Free food on certain holidays
Cons
- Salary and benefits are lower than comparable companies in the location; will not pay you for what you are actually worth - Will be required to be on-site for remote work (i.e, being on the computer, Teams meetings) - Upper management will shrug off any reasonable complaints - Will be asked to do "cross-functional" work or "wear multiple hats" (i.e, the work that belongs to other teams/departments)
