During my time at the company, I observed that the workplace culture emphasizes loyalty and maintaining a close-knit, “family-like” environment. In my experience, this meant there was a strong expectation to support colleagues and management, but I sometimes felt that this loyalty was not always equally returned, especially in situations involving workplace conflict or difficult interactions. Company messaging frequently uses phrases like "this is how we do it," "we are a lean company," and "it's hard for everyone" to describe standard practices. I personally found these responses to be dismissive, and could make it more challenging to discuss or resolve workplace concerns, as it seemed that established systems were prioritized over individual feedback. I noticed that several professional development opportunities were limited in some roles, making career advancement within the company more difficult for some employees, myself included. At times, resources felt stretched, and the expectation to take on additional work was high. My impression was that some employees embraced and succeeded in this environment, but not everyone found it sustainable, especially those from a particular demographic. While I appreciated working with many dedicated and skilled colleagues, I am no longer at the company and was no longer seeing a clear pathway for my own growth. I encourage those considering a role here to speak to current employees to better understand whether the company’s unique approach and culture align with their personal values and goals. It's not all that it seems. If you do work here, watch your back. There is much overpromise and underdeliver.
