Pros
I enjoyed working with the kids. It was a great environment and you truly get to make a difference in their lives. Each day is unpredictable which makes work exciting. The company is growing and there are always new opportunities for employee growth as well which is nice.
Cons
It could be stressful at times and the pay is a little low
