Pros
Boundless was a pretty good place to work for. I enjoyed my time as a behavior technician because we served amazing children and teenagers. There are opportunities for growth as well; many people working here as BTs were also in the process of getting their masters degrees and got to work as clinical coordinators/supervisors as they progressed.
Cons
The position can be stressful at times since you work with some challenging and emotionally-distressing situations. Also, there wasn't always an adequate opportunity for breaks/lunch while I worked here since we were somewhat short-staffed.
