Miss working for this company - Estimating Assistant I.E. Pacific Employee Review

Very flexible, Great communication with my Manager; she is always willing to help me work through issues and teaches my things outside of my position so I have a better understanding of how the company operates. Also, I have been here for almost 7 years now and with any job, there are more stressful times and there are also down times. We are a tight knit group and the person that keeps leaving negative reviews clearly does not work for the company anymore.

Lateral advancement versus upward advancement
