When reviewing a company, it is best practice to be impartial and factual versus being lead by deceitfulness. Of course, employees are not going to always be 100% satisfied wherever they work and there some things that I would like to change but ultimately, I am happy--I have been here for 6 years & counting.
Cons
Being a small company, there is no real upward mobility as there is lateral growth but it does give you an opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills--this also contributes to wearing many hats which at times can be stressful.
