Pros

You will get some great walks in throughout the day to help keep calm and from walking off the job right then and there.

Cons

If you love to be micromanaged to the point where you have to report when you get up and walk away from your desk than this is the place for you! I have never been more regretful of working at a place than this. Here were just a few highlights at my short time there: CEO barges into rooms and screams whatever is on her mind. Is pretty much an adult child who has surrounded herself with her best friends at work who will never question or challenge her. Real George Lucas episode one situation here if you know what I mean. Was micromanaged out the door basically. Had vast more years of experience and knowledge than the CTO, who worked remote in a 3rd world country, and was constantly asked to do remedial task and stuff she should know how to do already as said CTO. I was constantly bored because I couldn't do my actual job. Legit got an email asking what our domain was one time from this person, the CTO, and im not kidding when I say that. Benefits are a joke. They don't reimburse mileage and I was going to the CEOs house in my personal vehicle doing IT at their house. HR does nothing when you actual report an issue but turn on you and make you feel like its your fault. Since my departure I have heard even more shady things with them when it comes to getting employees paid out on commissions while they were still there and letting people go in departments because they really don't have a clue what they need to succeed at this point.

Pros

Working with the customer in the duration of the contract was a wonderful time, and being able to do the mission was an unforgettable experience.

Cons

While the job itself *can* be rewarding, the company and the personnel behind it leave much to be desired. Most employees, including the contracting Site Lead, were kept in the dark about almost any change, with clarifying questions or concerns being either outright ignored or left unanswered. The local management had told all employees to hide their LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and other accounts for the express prupose of allowing the company to win a contract that, while awarded, led to the loss of jobs for an entire team with only 1 week of notice, despite the company knowing of this potential for several months. The management here also has the tendency to threaten job termination and litigation when it perceives that an employee has any form of disconetent with how information is disseminated. There is also an underlying issue of the lack of sick leave, and the PTO is less than favorable.
