I have been working at Amazon full-time for less than a year Pros 1. You get authority to take decisions and change the game. 2. You will be considered the sole owner of your team and would be given considerable hand holding to learn the processes.

1) One of the best in medical, automation, networking and computer science 2) Very supportive and excellent work environment 3) You can can learn a lot of new skills and they have excellent training programs. 4) Ample availability of projects. 5) Staff and other co-workers are always very co-operative. 6) Health insurance, Visa support and other benefits provided.
