The company has gone down hill. They try to keep you around by throwing money at you (bonuses, pto increase, pay more than other insurance companies etc) . They do not focus on real issues though. Management is terrible. They don’t know how to identify which managers are good for the company and which ones are not. One manager got rid of his whole team locally so that they can have all Remote employees (makes their job easier?) HR doesn’t even see it. One manager fired someone for parking in visitors 2 times when there was no immediate parking.
Most departments do not have a written manual - set up for failure and causes opinions to be thrown around from person to person, why isn’t this one of the 1st priorities as a company
They do not care....they act like they do as long as you are bribing in money. If they did they would make sure things change with management. Bias classes isn’t enough. Pay attention IAT
