Both voluntary and involuntary at all levels. - Currently very disorganized due to a lack of managers. - Pay is below competitors. - You have to use many claim systems that don’t really communicate with each other. Very inefficient. They are rolling out a new claim system, but it hasn’t made things any easier. - A negative change in culture. Upper management was once transparent, but now there are major changes with little to no communication. - Processes to obtain additional authority is cumbersome. - A general sense that claims is looked down upon.
