Pros
I cant think of anything other than the colleagues who make this place possible to live! Would definitely point out - Knowledge gained by working with some really capable and smart colleagues who have landed in this wrong place too!
Cons
This is more of a family-run business wherein the company owner has appointed his wife as the HR/Director of the company. Employees here are treated like kids and you will find the wife doing her daily rounds to check if all are at their desk doing their job! Thats how unprofessional an approach they have here. - Making false promises of giving a raise - Changing the policies of the company in a riduculous manner thrice a year! - Policies and Procedures include unlawful clauses which they feel will forbid the employee from receiving their paychecks! - Notice period is again another painfully ridiculous clause which is far from reality to provide. - Notice period being 1 month for few and 2 months for few - it gives the CEO and the HR all the time to withhold the employees final paychecks. - HR's reason of asking for money when we leave - They have invested on us so much. Its payback time!! - Showing up signature from a wrong document and claiming that the employee has signed a different contract. - It is not very uncommon to see the CEO of the company yelling and slamming the doors in the office at his wish. Employees will just have to deal with his mood swings. - Every employee is asked to work on 3-4 projects at a time. CEO mainly does this to save his money on resources. - Faking resume and putting it up on job portals is very common here. CEO does this at his mercy. Employees who confront get yelled at for not co-operating. These are just a few of the annoying things employees have to deal with!
