Worst working place in the world - Senior Oracle Commerce Analyst IBIZ SOFTWARE Employee Review

I have been amazed at the way this company has transformed itself to a visionary organization, with the best treatment meted out to its employees. Specially during the Covid times when everyone were apprehensive and situation with their jobs, iBizSoft provided the perfect job security and allayed all our fears by not only having us on the job even during uncertain payment terms by our customers, but also giving us raise at a time when industries around us were struggling to survive. Kudos to the visionary CEO. Work for home culture was adopted as soon as March 2020 and employees have not returned back to the office as the management is more concerned of the health of the employees. This is another great assurance to the employees.

A Happy Employee is a Happy Company. Can't find anything negative to write about a company that has survived plenty of headwinds in its 20 year life.

This company is for those minds who are interested in wearing multiple hats and interested in learning as much as possible in the shortest possible time. I would not have imbibed so much information related to Oracle technologies in a short time frame of 3 years if I were in any other organization. No other organization would one see the executives of the organization mingling and offering helping hands when you really need one. I found the executives to be the most passionate of their work and organization alike. No project has failed in their 12+ year history and have some very big clientele to boast. The only reason they have reached this level or heights is because of the sheer perseverance and steadfast devotion to be a notch higher than their competition. As a team, iBizSoft has embraced lots of new Oracle technologies like ATG, Endeca and RightNow which has made them the most sought after partner in the Oracle industry around the globe.

If one is not ready for challenges and not interested in learning in short periods of time, then this company is not for you. What you learn here in a year is because of the responsibilities and chances offered. People who fail to execute their projects successfully do not survive in a passionate organization such as this.
