I have been amazed at the way this company has transformed itself to a visionary organization, with the best treatment meted out to its employees. Specially during the Covid times when everyone were apprehensive and situation with their jobs, iBizSoft provided the perfect job security and allayed all our fears by not only having us on the job even during uncertain payment terms by our customers, but also giving us raise at a time when industries around us were struggling to survive. Kudos to the visionary CEO. Work for home culture was adopted as soon as March 2020 and employees have not returned back to the office as the management is more concerned of the health of the employees. This is another great assurance to the employees.

A Happy Employee is a Happy Company. Can't find anything negative to write about a company that has survived plenty of headwinds in its 20 year life.

- Office is located in a nice area and in a newer building. - Casual Friday dressing.

- Random policy changes. Policies and procedures get updated frequently. Employee policies seem very one-sided in favor of the company. - End of business day is 6 pm no matter if you have work till 6 pm or not ! However, this rule is flexible for certain employees. You will need written approval if you are running 30 minutes late is the morning or need to leave work an hour before 6 pm. - When you are not on a project, each day will be a different one. You will be expected to work on any project that has been assigned for the day. There is no fun juggling multiple projects neither does it serve as a measure to see if you can handle pressure or not. It simply adds to one's frustration. - Very often, one many find that he/she is being asked for daily status by at least 2-3 people from the "management". Several times, a developer has to report to 3 supervisors independently - team lead, program manager and project manager. This leads to wasted productivity.
