Pros
- Salary - I would say that at the time you got a decent salary, but I still wish it was more. It was ok at the time, I could spend money and enjoy a better lifestyle, though I am wondering if the salary could be called competitive or not. - Career development - You learn really A LOT. If you are into your job you will definitely be rewarded and have an opportunity to grow. This is a company who values ambition and opens the doors for it. You always have all kinds of resources to grow and when you expressed your interest in something, they would support you or check if they can help. - Management - The direct manager was very nice, proactive and praised the team when we did a good job or had a good review. Even managers from other teams and other countries would contact us to congratulate us. This boosted morale greatly and made you feel like you really made an impact, aside from the customer's satisfaction. A good manager is something that you will always remember. - Team - Excellent team, always ready to help and party with you too. Even when they were crushed with work, they would help and they would always be nice. One of the best teams I have ever had. Brothers and sisters in tickets haha.
Cons
- Workload - In my experience the workload was really heavy. Depending on the team, tickets would be flying in all the time from customers to resolve their problems. Naturally, there are hard and easy ones, but the hard ones can be really nasty and long. And when you stack more tickets instead of clearing more, I found out that you would start panicking at one moment and you could also put extra load on your team. If you do night shifts your relatives and friends might notice that you start looking more and more like a zombie haha. Also when you have to write e-mails and hold a phone at the same time this would slow you down as you would not be able to focus on your thoughts. Sometimes you would have to multitask even if you couldn't. - Food - I wish there was a cheap supermarket or a normal shop for food. Always had fancy shops and restaurants with exaggerated prices, simply because they guessed that people earn a lot. I spent money by bringing in homemade food or something that lasted longer. I'm not working for the restaurants and food shops.
