Pros

The best part about working here is the flexible work schedule and work from home option. The people are also great. It's a good place to start your career but don't stay longer than 2 years.

Cons

Raises are awful (even with promotions and high scoring reviews) and they blame it on the profit for that year but then you find out what new people hired make and what males in the same positions make. There also isn't always a clear career path.

Thanks for the review! We're glad to hear that working from home and flexible schedule are seen as benefits. As you can imagine though, decisions with raises are never easy.

Pros

People, Mission, Culture, Technology, Remote. You work on projects and technologies that actually impact and improves the day to day lives of people around you, the community and the Country

Cons

Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
