Pros

So far it’s only been two weeks but I’m highly impressed with the level of professionalism and work this company provides. Everyone I’ve interacted with seemed very friendly and quick to assist me with any questions or concerns. The ICF benefits are great and the fact that they consider the employee's needs and professional growth is a huge bonus for me. I would highly recommend this company, they have excellent life & work balance and career growth.

Cons

One thing I struggled with was the amount of information provided to me electronically during the onboarding process. I would have enjoyed a more one on one approach or a day dedicated for all the new hires. I would rather meet with HR and provide them with everything they need on my 1st day rather than miss something that was sent to me via-email. I understand that may not be feasible given the size of ICF and the ton of work HR does. Aside from that, I really enjoy being a part of a wonderful team!

Welcome aboard! So glad to hear that your experience has been positive so far. We are aware of the electronic information overload during the onboarding process and are actively working towards making it simpler and including more interaction with Human Resources, Facilities etc...

Pros

People, Mission, Culture, Technology, Remote. You work on projects and technologies that actually impact and improves the day to day lives of people around you, the community and the Country

Cons

Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
