Pros
Good for initial phase of joining as you are fresh and easily adjustable to the environment. Work from home option for everyone
Cons
My manager was on another location and instead of listening to what I had to say, would listen to what selected people had to say. The ones who were listened had zero interaction with me but based on their inference, I was judged. There is no importance of performance in ICF India. You need to be good at words and you can climb up the ladder smoothly. If you work but do not listen to what wrong others say, you can never succeed.
