Pros

The co-workers are good people, and fun to get to know. The break room has free Starbucks coffee and really fancy vending machines.

Cons

Nothing about this job was what I expected- in a bad way. The hours, pay, and benefits (that is, the lack thereof) are downright exploitative. You will work every single holiday except Thanksgiving and Christmas. The benefits listed on the website are for managers, not agents in the operations center.

People, Mission, Culture, Technology, Remote. You work on projects and technologies that actually impact and improves the day to day lives of people around you, the community and the Country

Cons

Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
