Pros

Good colleagues, some possibilities for telecommuting, used to have interesting projects

Cons

Poor compensation for the amount of work Terrible senior management No long term strategy resulting in constant reorganizations. These are done without much analysis of the consequences or why it would leave to improvements. Chronyism

Hello - thank you for taking time to share your perspective. I know from experience that change can be tough at large publically-traded companies. Improvements and new alignments are par for the course. That said, ICF has a strong record of growth over it's 50-year history. Recent acquisitions solidify ICF's ability to offer clients comprehensive solutions. If you have improvements to suggest on integration points, it never hurts to put together some actionable suggestions to your manager or another leader is in a position to improve these areas. Each one of us has big possibilities to impact at every level.

Pros

People, Mission, Culture, Technology, Remote. You work on projects and technologies that actually impact and improves the day to day lives of people around you, the community and the Country

Cons

Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
