      The team of people working here are very nice. I enjoy the bar and Thursday happy hours. They offer 5% matching on retirement savings and decent extended healthcare benefits.

      Cons

      The review process is only once and year and very confusing. Many times people score 100% on KPIs and don't receive bonuses. High turnover

      Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
