As with anything in life, depending on which division you end up working in, you can be lucky with people. There are some good experts to learn from and exposure to interesting clients.
Cons
It is a typical corporation which often mistreats people, erases work-life balance, doesn't value long-term commitment, even from top-notch experts, or reward loyalty, makes decisions purely based on "window dressing" for shareholders.
