      Opportunities to pick up challenging work. If your delivery is good, it will be appreciated and not only on paper by giving awards but compensating as well.

      Cons

      Work life balance is not optimised. Employee burnout is a possibility. No company level benefits and culture. Come, work, get paid and continue.
