      Good company and team ethic. The work is targeted at sustainable activities for the world, hence motivating. flexibility from managers. everyone is treated like an adult. Work-life balance is respected.

      Cons

      Need to work on engagement of staff, especially whilst working remotely. Pay is pretty good, but there is higher out there.
