Pros

The people are friendly, helpful, and genuinely want to do a good job. It’s fairly easy to move around to different projects. Lots of training opportunities with LinkedIn learning and external training can be reimbursed. Upper management seems to have good intentions and will meet with employees in town halls to share vision and objectives and promote transparency. They seem to genuinely care about the employees.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other tech consulting firms, especially bonuses. Sadly most employees know the only way to get their fair salary is to threaten to quit and get a counter offer. Benefits are expensive and coverage isn’t great. The plans have high deductibles and premiums. Upper management is a white boy’s club. They talk a lot about diversity but after a year of making it a top initiative there are no real changes, especially in the management layer. The company’s focus on hyper growth feels unsustainable given that most employees are 100% billable but expected to participate in BD at the senior, principal and management levels. The majority of BD is done by billable staff. People are bid as key personnel without checking with their managers and then are expected to immediately transition without any planning if a contract is won. Every division seems to operate differently and there are a lot of disparate processes.
