Pros
ICF Inernational is a large and established company. They've been growing for years and continue to with several recent new aquisitions. The work is satisfying, the employees are fun, and the environment is very lax. That's not to say, however, that they don't know how to get their work done. ICF employees know how to buckle down and get the job done when necessary.
Cons
It can be quite difficult to rise through the ranks and payscales of the company. I know of several employees who, with each annual review, score fabulously well. But when it comes to the dollars and cents, they aren't compensated.
