Pros

Colleagues are genuine experts in their respective fields and offer a lot in terms 'on the job' learning opportunities - this is especially true for those coming in at a junior level.

Cons

There is a deliberately opaque and confused process surrounding pay and promotions. The company generally requires, at the very least, a masters for an entry level career-job (i.e. excluding interns) which is not reflected in pay for junior staff. There is also a trend at ICF of long hours.

Pros

People, Mission, Culture, Technology, Remote. You work on projects and technologies that actually impact and improves the day to day lives of people around you, the community and the Country

Cons

Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
