      Engaging environmental work, great colleagues, some of the managers are so wonderful you'd take a bullet for them

      Cons

      Promotions are very slow, very bureaucratic, and not very merit based. Can't keep top talent.

      Cons

      Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
