Pros
I loved working at ICF International. The staff are all great and they offer competitive benefits such as medical, vision, dental, and life insurance. There are no free snacks like other Silicon Valley companies, but we often have social events that are company paid. Supervisors really care about how you want to move up within the company and doors are always open when you want to talk to someone.
Cons
It is a very corporate environment. Depending on what office you are in, the rules change, which can be confusing. They recently changed the sick time to FMLA, which made many people unhappy.
