Pros

-Exceptional people with great knowledge -Projects provide great exposure and learning opportunities both on your hard and soft skills -Everyone's voice is heard (naturally depends on your team)

Cons

- Poor compensation package especially for junior level employees. Raises are very low if you don't get a promotion, and even when you do, its not that much considering the sweat put in at times -Most teams with ICF don't receive a bonus payment (only some). If you are lucky to get a bonus, it is very low considering the amount of hours and personal sacrifice at times for some projects

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. It’s great to hear you had a good experience with your team and found opportunities to expand your learning and skills. Coming into a company and negotiating the compensation package you desire is not easy. We do annually audit our salaries and compensation to ensure they are fair and competitive with the industry. We also take into account nonmonetary ways to support the whole person—body, mind, career, and community. When employees are ready for the next step in their role, we ask they prepare their accomplishments and identify where they want to grow to discuss in quarterly impact conversations (our coaching framework). The Career Guide is also a helpful tool to discuss where you are at and where you want to go. We wish you luck in your next career opportunity and thank you for your time with us.
