3yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Great to hear you are able to take advantage of a flexible schedule! Consulting certainly has its challenges when meeting client expectations. However, most contracts have a set number of hours of work that cannot be exceeded. While meeting these demands is important, taking care of ourselves is a top priority. I encourage you to speak to your manager about finding the right balance.
