We also value honest and open conversations—even when it’s hard. Impact conversations encourage employees to meet with their managers on a regular basis to discuss their contributions, career aspirations, and needs, including work-life balance and compensation. If this approach does not work, employees can reach out to their HR business partner to further discuss their concerns and options.
