Pros

Impactful work, good rank and file staff

Cons

Take a look at the 20-member Exec Team: All old white men, only 7 women, and ONLY 1 person of color. Says it all--glass ceiling is very real for any people of color to get promoted, rewarded. Confirmed by GlassDoor's reviews by people of color. Current CEO/Exec Team inherited a great company run by the last CEO who retired. Since then, they've done nothing to truly make good on the so-called mission-driven work, only focusing on profits that line the pockets of old white men who've been there too long.

We have developed a programmatic and strategic approach to building a more diverse and inclusive workplace as a part of our diversity, equity, and inclusion journey. That includes taking a critical look at our practices, structures, and policies to identify areas of growth and improvement. This is an ongoing journey – we are never done, but we are committed to progress. Please reach out to me directly if you would like to discuss more about our intentions and plans. - Demola Sholagbade, Vice President, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Pros

People, Mission, Culture, Technology, Remote. You work on projects and technologies that actually impact and improves the day to day lives of people around you, the community and the Country

Cons

Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
