Thank you for your review. We strive to create an environment where people feel they have balance in their work life. If employees feel those boundaries are not respected or are being broken, we encourage them to discuss prioritization with their managers. Most contracts have defined hours to work, and we wouldn't want to go above and beyond the scope of work unless there is a contract modification.
