Pros
They allow for flex-time hours, which is great because I do commute from Anne Arundel County. They appreciate your previous work experience and pay well. The staff is also very welcoming and my boss has made herself available to mentor me as well as make sure I am meeting my goals.
Cons
I commute to Rockville from Anne Arundel County, but the job is worth it! Also, it was difficult to get an interview, but if you know someone who works for the company, they can try to refer you.
