      Pros

      Engaged in a lot of different areas, good breadth nationally with offices in all locations. Good junior staff to work with that are mission driven

      Cons

      Poor leadership and culture. Low cost provider for consulting services. A lot of overhead forcing the bill rates to be very very high.

      Cons

      Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
