      Poor communication, little concern for appropriate match of skill sets to tasks, failure to value institutional knowledge gained by employees, bullying management tactics utilized, chain of command valued over open door policy

      Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
