Thank you for your four-star review. As someone who has done work both as billable hours and not, it can be tricky to get it right. But like any professional services firm, whether it's an agency or consulting company, it's a standard practice to demonstrate the number of hours worked on specific projects or tasks as you typically have more than one client or project. That said, we encourage you to set expectations with your team when you are working and when you are not.
