The environment is good. People working in the company are friendly, especially the managing director is super helpful.
Cons
Inadequate capabilities, poor management, and lazy people involved within the energy efficiency team. Other teams are good and have a nice work environment.

Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
