I was really excited to work for this company because of their values for diversity and their awards they advertise for being a good place to work for women, but all I can say is I will have mental health issues for the rest of my entire life from my experience here.
HR is complacent and will make up their own problem themselves. In addition to the original problem you were facing, HR will put a target on your back as a result of themselves being incompetent and shady. They have no integrity, will gaslight you, and will do and say anything to cover up for themselves. I tried to get help, and they completely mishandled the situation and made it worse. This was the most messed up experience I've ever had and will ever have.
Do not work here if you expect the status quo. If you ever have any type of issue, just immediately start finding a new job. For your own good, do not even try to seek a resolution.
