1. No communication outside of the chosen few. 2. Decisions seem to be made based on wants of the favorites rather than what's best for the company. 3. Style of management - close minded. 4. Employees referred to as "low fringe" by headquarters. 5. minimal benefits unless you are one of the Operations Managers chosen ones who have been moved from the CBOSS pay/benefit scale to the pay/benefit scale used by the rest of the company. 6. Local management blames all unpopular decisions on Fairfax. 7. strong clichés that management seems to encourage to the detriment of any employee not in the cliché. 8. Advancement seems to be based on who you know not what you know. 9. Company policy not enforced the same in every department. 10. Incentives provided for some departments while other departments are treated as if they don't exist.
