      Company has a good reputation.

      Cons

      Benefits are not competitive in the industry market. Depending on where you work within ICF, the office culture is not friendly and there can be very little flexibility.

      Lack of centralized vision or coherent strategy leads to a highly amorphous and constrantly changing structure
