We always look at our time off policies to encourage people to take time for themselves—no matter how they use their PTO. The number of PTO days in a year depends on your country, your role in the business, and the number of years you have worked at ICF. We offer paid time off, accrued as you work, as well as significant holidays (based on your country) and floating holidays (available on day one).
