Pros

Planning is done well enough that we rarely have surprises mid sprint that require devs to work long hours or to make compromises that seriously hinder future development. The engineering leadership is solid and motivated to use modern tech. They listen to recommendations made by devs and will work to implement improvements when possible. The overall culture is collaborative and humble and in short, people are typically more interested in getting to the right answer rather than sounding more intelligent than one another.

Cons

The pay could be more competitive.

We recognize that competitive compensation is a key priority for employees, and we regularly assess our salary structures to ensure alignment with industry standards and market conditions. Since we negotiate contracts and choose projects that align with our values, salaries can vary based on the client’s budget and the specific assignments. Pros

People, Mission, Culture, Technology, Remote. You work on projects and technologies that actually impact and improves the day to day lives of people around you, the community and the Country

Cons

Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
