They don't look after people , they do not care about you, your struggles, your passions, your needs, your recommendations. The whole machine is built to gate keep you and create a façade you are valued. You will progress! On your own time and personal sacrifice with no appreciation or compensation. In order to progress quickly you have to bargain and counter, NOT through knowledge, ability, understanding, impact, profitability.
