Pros
Benefits and time off are good. That's how they keep you.
Cons
ICON will overwork you and underpay you. There is little room for promotion. It's about who they like the most and not about who is most qualified. The have a handbook and training, but I am not sure that anyone in upper management or HR actually read it or trained. Complaints of discrimination go ignored or brushed off, and retaliation is a real thing. They are more concerned with keeping the sponsors happy and making sure the contracts get renewed than they are with supporting their employees. And we also haven't forgotten about how our annual merit increases were delayed and then barely worth it because they lied to investors and found themselves in a lawsuit.
