      Pros

      The company style is toxic interactions, there is no internal culture at all!!! Think for 100 times before you will agree to employ there. The level of company is below zero. Unfortunately, upper management does not care about the toxic atmosphere and care about budgets amounts only. There is a claim against Icon from investors side! That talks a lot about internal specificity of work there. The main summary- NEVER AGAIN!!!

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

      Cons

      Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
